Concerto is an independent consultancy formed in 2004 and based in London.

With over 250 people, we advise and support public, private and third sector organisations around the world. We develop strategy, implement change, and lead complex transformation programmes and projects.

We help organisations select and deliver the benefits of new technology tools, including, but not limited to, AI. We are one of the leading suppliers of complex programme assurance consultancy, particularly across the defence, national security, environment, and energy sectors. We also play a leading role in designing and implementing creative estates management programmes, leading carbon reduction plans, and building a growing reputation in the electric vehicle fleet implementation market.
