Justin has extensive defence, security and aviation experience with a background in the British military as a helicopter pilot and subsequently managing projects in excess of £100M in complex operational environments, such as nuclear, security and aerospace. He has a broad background with a mix of skills combining strategy, communication, team leadership, change management and negotiation.
Justin’s ability to work in different technical fields, from aviation to nuclear is a testament to his engineering background. He is a highly self-motivated critical thinker with a strong commercial acumen that has served former clients well in helping them win new business, deliver complex change and engage at the most senior levels.
He has a proven track record of stakeholder and relationship management in challenging environments across various agencies and industries. Justin is well-travelled and has delivered major projects worldwide, including the Middle East and Africa.
