Their challenge lay in working in highly commoditised markets, under increasing fee rates, without clear differentiation.
We ran a series of strategic workshops with the Board to examine every aspect of the existing strategy, examined their core internal processes, reviewed client handling and account management processes, and incentive mechanisms.
We observed a great variance in the commercial skill in senior management and looked at staffing models and junior career paths.
Most important of all, we considered the internal structures and evaluated the extent to which these helped or hindered productivity.
During the period of Covid-19, we have moved from slow time planning / thinking to quick time doing. From routine speed to Crisis Management (CM) speed and masterminding the desired outcomes.
